This style of music has been described as anything from "mood music" to "modern classical". The New Age genre is pretty broad spectrum, encompassing anything from celtic harp improvisation to ambiant electronic music.
Here in New Hampshire we are especially fortunate to have our own Patrick Lee Hebert, a local pianist, composer and recording artist who is often touring far off lands like California, rubbing elbows with the likes of David Lanz. And somehow in between these engagements he even finds time to teach his own stable of students. Pianoarts is proud to have been chosen to carry his recordings and print music.
